EXPLORATION OF SOIL MECHANICS EXPERIMENTAL TEACHING BASED ON EXPERIMENTAL GRAPH AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION

  • To meet the talent cultivation needs of the digital-intelligent era, this study integrates knowledge graphs and numerical simulations to enhance traditional soil mechanics experimental teaching. Focusing on direct shear experiments, a demand-driven experimental knowledge graph is constructed based on industry and student needs, enabling systematic knowledge organization and instructional path planning. The discrete element simulations are employed for micro-scale dynamic analysis, and the findings are leveraged to refine experimental teaching content. Based on this, a "Graph + Simulation" teaching paradigm is proposed to foster students' ability to apply theory to practice, perceive novel methods and technologies, and develop interdisciplinary innovation skills. This research provides insights into the intelligent and interdisciplinary transformation of civil engineering experimental education in higher education institutions.
