Abstract
The cultivation of “Emerging Engineering” talents requires close integration with engineering problems, with the cultivation of innovative thinking and practical ability as its core objective. The development and application of a mechanics comprehensive experimental platform embody multi-dimensional experimental connotations, realize multi-layer experimental projects, and meet the needs of basic, comprehensive, design-oriented, research-based, and exploratory practical teaching. This platform has been widely adopted in numerous colleges and universities. Practices demonstrate that independent experimentation on the platform not only enhances students' experimental skills and knowledge application abilities, but also fosters engineering awareness, improves research capabilities, and cultivate scientific methodologies through in-depth thinking and analysis during experiments. Ultimately, these outcomes drive the transformation of the experimental teaching mode for basic mechanics.
