MECHANICS TALENT-DEVELOPMENT MODE GUIDED BY INNOVATIVE TRAINING

  • College students' innovation training is a new approach to extracurricular guided learning that has emerged in recent years. It is summarized the training model for mechanics talents based on innovative training and the phased achievements made in this paper. Based on the study of mechanics courses, students are encouraged to participate in innovative training driven by mechanical exploration and research, which can broaden their horizons and stimulate their innovative consciousness. During the graduation design training stage, students who have performed well in course learning and big innovation training are assigned graduation design projects with mechanical innovation research as the main content to help them accept preliminary scientific research attempts. On this basis, outstanding young students are explored and guided to join the mechanical research group for further study, and carefully guided to complete systematic mechanical research training, helping them plan a career in mechanical research and cultivate reserve talents for mechanical science and engineering.
