Abstract
Combining the economic characteristics of the central plains region and taking advantage of finite element analysis, a digital virtual simulation experimental platform for the main shaft deformation of the turbine generator in the Yellow River water conservancy project was built. This platform empolys Unity 3D to build virtual scenes and empolys the domestic finite element analysis software Simdroid for simulation analysis. It provides a variety of interactive scenes and rich experimental conditions based on actual engineering parameters. Students can independently design load conditions and, through digital virtual simulation results, gain insights into the distribution and variations of stress and strain within the component. This enhances their ability to perform mechanical analysis of complex stressed deformation bodies and strengthens their understanding of theoretical knowledge in material mechanics.
