COMPARATIVE STUDY ON VIBRATION EFFECTS OF SINGLE AND MULTI AXIS RANDOM VIBRATION TESTS FOR TYPICAL SATELLITE PRODUCTS

  • Satellite products vibration test is satellite ground test, which is used to test satellite product’s ability to withstand the actual vibration environment. Multi-axial vibration test is one of the development trends of dynamic environment test technology due to it can simulate vibration environment more realistically. There is no clear conclusion on the difference in vibration effects between traditional single-axis vibration tests and multi-axis vibration tests, which poses obstacles to the promotion and application of multi-axis vibration testing technology for satellite products. This article compares typical satellite products’ vibration effects of single/multi axis random vibration and multi axis random vibration under different test conditions setting by using experimental methods from the perspective of vibration response. After the comparative study was completed, this article summarized the vibration effects of single/multi axis random vibration of typical satellite products and the differences in vibration effects of multi axis random vibration under different test conditions setting, then drew corresponding conclusions.
