STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND MICROSTRUCTURES OF POLYACRYLATE MODIFIED CEMENT GROUTING MATERIAL

  • The mechanical properties of grouting materials play a crucial role in the effectiveness of reinforcement. To verify the suitability of polyacrylate latex modified cement as a grouting material for repairing broken rock mass, uniaxial compressive strength tests were conducted using different proportions and compared with grouting materials used in actual projects. Additionally, the microstructure of several grouting materials was characterized. The results show that the polyacrylate latex modified grouting material has outstanding uniaxial compressive strength and toughness, which is related to the polyacrylate latex can ameliorate the pore structure of the grout stone body and make the rock-grout interface closely cemented.
