DISCUSSION AND PRACTICE OF INTERACTIVE TEACHING IN FLUID MECHANICS COURSE

  • Fluid mechanics is a core course of mechanics, which is characterized by strong theory and wide application. In view of the problems of students' low learning enthusiasm and insufficient participation, this course ponders and practices the interactive teaching method. First of all, the factors and requirements of interactive teaching are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of wide applicability, demonstrability and verifiability of fluid mechanics, an interactive teaching method for fluid mechanics course is designed, and an evaluation method for interactive teaching is developed. In interactive teaching, two types of interactive content are designed, one is investigation and analysis interaction, and the other is exploratory experiment interaction. From the perspective of teaching effect, interactive teaching has improved students' enthusiasm and participation, significantly improved the frequency and quality of interaction, and promoted students' knowledge understanding and ability cultivation.
