Abstract
Warren truss lattice structural materials with V5 tough resin for relative densities of 13.9%, 24.0%, 29.5% and 34.2% were prepared by 3D printing. The mechanical properties of Warren truss lattice materials are analyzed by static compression experiment and numerical simulation. The experimental results show that the compression process of Warren truss lattice materials can be divided into four stages: elastic stage, yield stage, collapse stage and compact stage. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The elastic modulus, compressive strength, compressive stiffness coefficient and compressive strength coefficient of Warren truss lattice materials increase with the increase of relative density, and the greater the relative density, the better the energy absorption.
