BLENDED-MODE CASE TEACHING BASED ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS AND VARIOUS MEANS-DISCUSSION ON TEACHING MODE OF ENGINEERING FLUID MECHANICS FOR SAFETY ENGINEERING MAJOR1)

  • By comparing the mode of traditional and online teaching, the course of “engineering fluid mechanics” is discussed here for the major of safety engineering. In addition to ordinary communication, multiple platforms are combined to achieve blended-mode online/offline teaching. At the same time, interdisciplinary teaching cases with several kinds of methods are designed to improve teaching quality. By taking the OBE (outcome based education) concept as the core, the teaching objective of “engineering fluid mechanics” has been achieved, and the teaching outcome proves successful.
