Abstract
This paper investigates the consolidation temperature of large-volumeconcrete used in the stadium which was constructed for the 2008 summerOlympic Games hold in Beijing. The variation and distribution of thetemperature during consolidation of the concrete are studied by finiteelement method. The real boundary conditions of temperature field andclimate effect are considered in modelling the practical constructionenvironment.
