STRESS ANALYSIS OFCOMPRESSED COMPONENT OFGREY CAST IRON

The current stress analysis method forcompressed component of grey cast iron is not ade-quate.In this paper, the effect of internal friction isconsidered and the bound of internal friction angleis obtained.In the end,the stress condition agreesmuch better with engineering practice.
