INHERITANCE OF QIAN LINGXI’S ACADEMIC PHILOSOPHY IN THE CULTIVATION OF MECHANICS TALENTS

This paper systematically reviews and elucidates the inheritance and development of Professor Qian Lingxi’s academic philosophy in the cultivation of mechanics talent. It summarizes the development experience of the Engineering Mechanics program at Dalian University of Technology in terms of diversified demand-oriented training models, faculty development that integrates moral integrity with professional competence, and a talent training system that combines a solid foundation with a strong spirit of innovation.
