Abstract
This article presents the historical records of scientist Chien Wei-zang, including his name first appearing in the public eye, the content of his first publicly published article, and the papers published during his student days; His high school physics grades, college entrance exam scores and major choices, and graduate admission qualifications; And his connections with three scholarships, i.e., Wu Yunchu's “Qinghan Education Foundation", Kao Moong Tan Memorial Foundation and British Boxer Indemnity Board. It also introduces the Chinese language requirements for the entrance examination of Tsinghua University in 1931, interesting essay stories from that time, as well as the story of the Fields Medal and Chien Wei-zang’s supervisor Synge.
