ANALYSIS OF THE MOTION COMPOSITION FOR A MOVING POINT VIA THE ARC COORDINATE METHOD

  • This paper presents the descriptions of the arc coordinates for the absolute motion, relative motion, and entraining motion of a moving point. It analyzes the natural coordinate components of the corresponding velocities and accelerations. Furthermore, this paper rigorously derives the theorems of composition of velocities and accelerations using the arc coordinate method. There derivations aim to provide readers with a deeper understanding of the motion composition of a moving point.
