Abstract:
It is necessary to consider the structural vibration caused by the excitation of rotor operation during the design of rotorcraft. But the previous practice of only considering the influence of first-order pass frequency on the structural vibration design is insufficient. Based on the theory of frequency-domain response, the working loads of variable-pitch rotor were employed as external excitation to solve the frequency response of the structure in damped states, and the influence of high-order passing frequencies were evaluated based on the analysis. At the same time, the time-domain response analysis was used to calculate the response history of structures, so as to quantitatively analyze the response amplitude. Results of the typical structure indicate that the influence of second-order frequency on overload and torque is significant in this article, which must be considered in structural dynamic design. The research provides an effective method for guiding the structural dynamics design of variable-pitch rotorcraft, and sufficient vibration evaluation should be conducted in the subsequent design of similar structures.
