桁架钢骨–混凝土组合结构的承载力全过程分析

THE CAPACITY COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF THE TRUSS STEEL BONE-CONCRETE COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 考虑到核电厂房大跨厚板的结构设计形式及复杂的工艺设计需求,以某堆型核电厂房为例,其楼板受上述条件的限制存在一定的施工难度,基于此提出采用桁架钢骨–混凝土组合结构的设计形式。该组合结构由底层钢板、桁架钢骨、混凝土等三部分组成,并基于分层浇筑,将混凝土分为三层浇筑:1)底层混凝土板浇筑;2)混凝土梁浇筑;3)顶层混凝土板浇筑。再针对该组合结构进行施工阶段全过程的承载力分析:基于分层浇筑,将整个施工过程分为7个分析步,采用逐步加载的方式且应力累积,利用生死单元技术,分析组合结构的承载力性能,并与规范限值进行对标,结果表明该组合结构在施工全过程下的承载力性能满足设计要求;最后针对核岛厂房进行了整体受力性能分析,考虑到桁架钢骨结构的二次受弯性能,重点分析组合结构的承载力性能,结果表明该组合结构的承载力性能满足使用阶段的设计需求。

     

    Abstract: Consider the structural design form of large-span thick plates and complex layout design requirements in NPP, taking a NPP as an example, the plate construction has certain difficulties due to the constraints of the aforementioned conditions, thus the truss steel bone-concrete composite structure is proposed. This composite structure consists of three parts: the bottom steel plate, the truss steel bone, and concrete, and based on a layered pouring method, the concrete are divided into three layers for pouring: 1) pouring the bottom concrete slab; 2) pouring the concrete beams; 3) pouring the top concrete slab. Then, a comprehensive bearing capacity performance analysis of the construction phase of the composite structure is conducted: based on the layered pouring, the entire construction process is divided into seven analytical steps, adopting a gradual loading method and accumulating stress, utilizing the technology of live and dead cells to analyze the load-bearing performance of composite structures, and benchmark them against standard limits. The results show that the bearing capacity of the composite structure during the construction phase meets the design requirements. The overall load-bearing performance analysis of the NI was conducted, considering the secondary bending performance of the truss steel bone structure, the bearing capacity performance of the composite structure was analyzed in detail. The results show that the load-bearing performance of the combined structure meets the design requirements for the service stage.
