Some Reflections on General Education and Professional Education in theAIEra

  • 摘要: 在AI技术快速迭代、大模型能力持续突破的背景下,传统教育模式面临诸多不确定性与挑战。本文结合个人视角与实践观察,先辨析了通识教育与专业教育在中西方语境中的内涵差异及本质区别,再阐述了AI大模型的技术特征与多领域应用现状,进而系统梳理了AI时代下人才培养、教学改革、课程优化、大学发展等核心领域的困惑,并提出了相关展望,为教育工作者探讨AI时代教育转型路径提供了参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid iteration ofAItechnology and the continuous breakthroughs in the capabilities of large language models, traditional educational models are confronting numerous uncertainties and challenges. Based on personal perspectives and practical observations, this paper first distinguishes the connotative differences and essential distinctions between general education and professional education in Chinese and Western contexts. It then elaborates on the technical characteristics of largeAImodels and their current application status across multiple fields. Furthermore, the paper systematically sorts out the dilemmas in core areas such as talent cultivation, teaching reform, curriculum optimization, and university development in theAIera, and puts forward relevant prospects. This study provides references for educators to explore the transformation paths of education in theAIera.
