带制退器膛口流场的三维数值模拟

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF 3D MUZZLE BRAKE FLOW FIELD

  • 摘要: 利用三维任意坐标系下Euler方程组和LU分解的数值方法模拟了不带膛口装置的某步枪膛口流场,计算结果与实验结果比较吻合. 对某口径火炮带有制退器的膛口流场进行了数值模拟,其结果反映了制退器内外流场的主要特征和冲击波波系之间的相互作用,在数值模拟的基础上分析了3排侧孔对制退器性能的影响. 本文提供了有关膛口流场的详细数据,将对制退器总体性能研究有重要的参考意义.

     

    Abstract: Muzzle brakes can control the outflow of powder gas,reduce the backlash, and improve the maneuverability of artilleries. In thispaper, muzzle flow field of a musket without a muzzle set is simulated byEuler Equation and LU Decompositions Method. The computation results agreewith the experiment results very well. The muzzle flow field of an artillerywith a muzzle brake is also simulated. The main characteristics and themutual relations of shock waves in the muzzle flow field are obtained by thesimulation. On the basis of the simulation results, the influencesof the brake holes on the muzzle brake capabilities are analyzed. Thedetails of the muzzle flow field in this paper will be useful in the studyof the holistic capability of the muzzle brakes.
