蜂窝夹芯剪切等效模量研究

THE EQUIVALENT SHEAR MODULUS OF THE HONEYCOMB CORE

  • 摘要: 蜂窝夹层轻型结构以其比强度、比刚度高, 而在航空航天工程中被广泛采用. 由于蜂窝形状、尺寸多样, 使夹层结构设计、优化分析变得复杂, 特别是蜂窝夹芯的剪切模量难以准确的等效计算. 以薄板理论为基础采用有限元方法对单蜂窝分析的方法, 获得蜂窝夹芯的剪切等效模量, 与其它方法相比较, 精度较高, 与试验结果吻合较好.

     

    Abstract: The light-duty honeycomb sandwich structures withhigh specific-strength and specific-stiffness are applied widely in thesatellite projects. The shear modulus is especially difficult to obtainaccurately. This paper focuses on the shear modulus analysis methodusing the finite element method based onthe thin plate theory. The results were found to agree better withexperiments than other methods.
