碳纤维布加固混凝土梁的解析分析

ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR RC BEAMS STRENGTHENED BY CFRPS

  • 摘要: 根据弹性理论和部分组合截面假定,分析碳纤维布加固混凝土梁体系,建立单位长度粘结界面剪力表达式和碳纤维布轴向拉力微分方程,从而推导出碳纤维布拉力、混凝土梁正截面弯矩和粘结界面剪应力解析解的一般形式,满足实际应用.结合算例指出: 碳纤维布轴向拉力和粘结界面剪应力分布不均匀,在端部区段应力集中,可能导致加固失效,应采取措施加强锚固.

     

    Abstract: Based on the elastic theory and some assumptions of composite section, the reinforcedconcrete (RC) beam strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheets (CFRPs) isanalyzed, and the expression of unit-length adhesive interfacial shears and the differential calculusof axial force in the CFRPs are established. Then, the analytical solutions of the axial force in theCFRPs, the interfacial shear stress in the adhesive layer and thebending moment on the cross-section of RC beam are presented as generalforms. A case study shows that the stressconcentration at the end of beam may cause bending failure, which can beprevented by the measures proposed in thispaper.
