纤维增强复合材料结构阻尼研究进展

ADVANCES IN DAMPING ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 随着纤维增强复合材料不久将逐步取代传统的金属材料,广泛用于新型民用超音速飞机、水下核潜艇、高速列车等尖端科学技术领域,对这一先进材料的有效阻尼性能进行分析、预报和优化设计,从而实现结构振动、冲击、噪声和疲劳破坏的有效控制,必将显示出极为重要的工程实际意义,日益受到从事复合材料研究和开发的科技工作者的关注和重视. 对纤维增强复合材料阻尼研究的进展情况进行综述, 介绍从宏观力学和细观力学两个角度进行阻尼分析和预报的一些具有代表性的模型与方法,讨论了纤维/基体界面、层合结构横向剪切效应、层间应力的影响问题,阻尼性能增强的途径和最优化设计问题, 并对该领域研究工作进行了展望.

     

    Abstract: As fiber-reinforced composite are widely used asalternative of conventional materials in the constructions of supersonicairplane, marine, automobile, the knowledge in damping of composites is becomingmore important for controlling the noise and vibration in the structures. Inrecent years the research on composite damping mechanisms and predictionmethods have received extensive attention. This paper reviews recentachievements in damping studies for fiber-reinforced composites at both themacro- and micro-mechanical levels. The effects of some importantfactors such as fiber/matrix interface, interlaminar stresses, andtransverse shear deformation on specific damping capacity of composites arealso summarized. Finally, improvement and optimization for damping areintroduced, and some recommendations regarding future research areprospected.
