基于总循环应变能的疲劳寿命计算模型

A NEW MODEL FOR FATIGUE LIFE ESTIMATION BASED ON THE TOTAL CYCLIC STRAIN ENERGY

  • 摘要: 从总循环应变能的角度出发, 提出了一个新的疲劳寿命计算模型, 通过对30CrMnSiA 钢和AISI 4340钢两种材料的的疲劳寿命计算, 并与相关实验数据对比, 证明了该模型计算疲劳寿命较为准确.

     

    Abstract: Based on the concept of the total cyclic strain energy,a new model is developed to predict the fatigue life of materials. Its validityis tested by comparing the calculated results and testing data for 30CrMnSiAand AISI 4340 steels.
