大直径盾构隧道预制中隔墙顶部节点整体受力分析研究

ANALYSIS OF MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE ON TOP CONNECTOR OF PRECAST PARTITION WALLS IN LARGE-DIAMETER SHIELD TUNNEL

  • 摘要: 市域线大直径盾构隧道中隔墙主要承受由列车形式产生的水平风压荷载,基本不承受竖向外荷载,使得其顶部节点是重要结构,需要对其力学性能进行研究。本文依托上海市机场联络线,介绍了其中隔墙顶部节点构造信息及数值模型等背景资料,随后阐述了不同构造下顶部节点计算分析与结果,最后对可能出现的顶部节点失效情况进行了受力分析。结果表明:今后中隔墙设计可按照连接件无中隔墙无间隙的情况进行计算;当前连接件的焊缝、粘结强度均有一定安全储备;在可能出现顶部连接件掉落的情况下中隔墙会产生最大42.17 mm的侧向变形。

     

    Abstract: Partition walls in the large-diameter shield tunnel of city line mainly bear the horizontal wind pressure generated by trains, and basically do not bear the vertical external load. The above reason makes their top connectors significant components, whose mechanical properties need to be further studied. On the base of Shanghai Airport Link Line, this dissertation firstly introduces the background detailed including the element of top connector and numerical simulation information. In addition, calculation process of each component of the top connector has been elaborated. Eventually, the stress of top connectors under accidental working condition is calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that, in the future, calculation of the top connector can be carried in the curriculum of no gap between the partition walls and connector, and current design of the weld and bond strength meet the requirements with a certain safety reserve. Moreover, a maximum lateral deformation of 42.17 mm will produce in the partition wall under accidental dropping of top connector.
