纯氢管道输氢技术发展现状与分析

CURRENT STATUS AND ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PURE HYDROGEN PIPELINE HYDROGEN TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 利用管道输送氢气,能够实现氢气低成本、大规模、长距离输送,但纯氢管道的发展面临技术与经济方面的挑战。本文给出了管道输氢评价指标,总结了国内外纯氢管道的发展现状,探讨了管道输氢面临的技术挑战与经济性影响因素。纯氢管道大规模发展具备技术可行性,建设与运行成本也将大幅下降。随着氢能产业的快速发展,管道输氢将成为最高效、最经济的氢气输送方式。建议结合我国实际情况,统筹规划纯氢管网布局,制定管道输氢标准规范,建立安全监管与应急决策平台,搭建运营管理体系,逐步推动管道输氢产业化发展。

     

    Abstract: Pure hydrogen pipeline is a low-cost, large-scale and long-distance transportation method. But there are a number of technical and economic challenges in the development of pure hydrogen pipelines. The paper introduces the evaluation indexes of pure hydrogen pipeline, summarizes the development status of pure hydrogen pipeline abroad and in China, and discusses the technical challenges and economic factors influencing the development of pure hydrogen pipeline. The technical problems facing the large-scale development of pure hydrogen pipelines can be solved, and the costs of building and operating pure hydrogen pipelines will be significantly reduced. With the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry, the development of pure hydrogen pipeline for hydrogen transmission will become the most efficient and economical way to transport hydrogen. It is suggested that the layout of the pure hydrogen pipeline network should be planned, standards and norms for pure hydrogen pipeline transmission should be formulated, a safety supervision and emergency decision-making platform should be established, an operation management system should be built, and the industrialization of pure hydrogen pipeline transmission should be gradually promoted.
