列车轮对简化模型重力刚度与滚动半径的计算方法

THE METHODS OF CALCULATING THE GRAVITY STIFFNESS AND ROLLING RADIUS FOR THE SIMPLIFIED MODEL OF WHEELSET

  • 摘要: 在建立列车轮对简化模型动力学方程中, 如果假设侧移和摇头角是微小量,及质心高度保持不变,可以较简便地求出重力刚度和滚动半径等量的近似表达式。本文用几何方法给出了轮对质心高度和滚动半径与侧向位移之间的函数关系,从而可以获得这些量的解析表达式;另外还通过运动学方法,证明了重力刚度和滚动半径等量的简便计算方法是正确的。

     

    Abstract: In establishing the dynamics equation for the simplified wheelset model of the train, it is assumed that the lateral displacement and yaw angle are small and the height of the center of mass remains constant. The approximate expression of the equivalent gravity stiffness and rolling radius can be obtained easily. In this paper, the functional relationships between the height of the centroid of the wheelset and the rolling radius with the lateral displacement are given by geometric method, so that the analytical expressions of these quantities can be obtained. In addition, the simple calculation methods of the equivalent gravity stiffness and rolling radius are proved to be correct by kinematic method.
