关井状态下油气混输立管的自然频率分析

NATURAL FREQUENCY ANALYSIS OF OIL–GAS MIXED TRANSPORT RISER UNDER SHUT-IN STATUS

  • 摘要: 针对海上油气井关井状态下,柔性立管内油气在重力作用下分层导致立管张力分布不均匀问题,本文将其简化为两段张力和质量分布不同的连接索,建立了分段海洋立管横向振动的简化数学模型。基于变量分离法和Bessel函数解析求解了模型,给出了关井状态下立管横向振动的自然频率和对应的模态函数的表达式。分析了油气占比、密度、顶张力对振动的自然频率和模态函数的影响,结果表明:当柔性立管内含气段立管长度逐渐增大时,立管横向振动的自然频率逐渐增大,并且模态函数最大腹点向深水方向移动;和工作状态相比,关井状态下分层后立管的自然振动频率变小;当柔性立管内液体密度增加或海上平台提供的顶张力增加时,立管横向振动的自然频率逐渐增加。

     

    Abstract: Considering the shut-in status of offshore oil and gas wells, the separation of oil and gas under gravity in flexible riser leads to nonuniform distribution of tension in riser. A simplified mathematical model is established for lateral vibration of connected marine riser with variety tension along depth. Based on the variable separation method, the expression of the natural frequency and corresponding modal function of riser lateral vibration under shut-in status are given in terms of Bessel functions. By analyzing the influence of oil–gas ratio, density and top tension on the natural frequency and modal function of vibration, we find that the natural frequency of horizontal vibration of the riser increases gradually, and the maximum antinode of modal function moves to the deep water as the length of riser containing the gas segment in the flexible riser increases. Compared with the working status, the natural vibration frequency of the riser decreases when the well is shut in and stratified. With the increase of liquid density in flexible riser, the natural frequency of vertical vibration increases gradually. As the top tension provided by offshore platforms increases, the natural frequency gradually increases.
