纤维─基体界面剪切强度与断裂韧性的表征和测定

CHARACTERIZATION AND MEASUREMENT METHODS OF FIBER/MATRIX INTERnCIAL SHEAR STRENGTH AND FRACTURE TOUGHNESS

  • 摘要: 根据单向复合材料纤维分布、剪切变形与裂纹扩展的细观分析,提出纤维一基体界面剪切强度和断裂韧性的简易细观表征与测定方法.

     

    Abstract: Based on the micro-analyses of the fiber distribution geometryl shear deformation and microcrack initiation for the unidirectional composite, the characterization and measurement methods for testing the fiber/matrix interfacial strength and fracture toughness of mode 11 are proposed. These methods are simple, feasible and can predict reasonable results.
