A PROOF OF THREE-RIGID PANEL RULE WITH INFINITE VIRTUAL HINGE 1)
Based on the plane motion of the rigid body, two theorems of kinematic characteristics of the virtual hinge and the infinite virtual hinge are proposed and proved. On this basis, a proof of the three rigid panel rule with infinite virtual hinge is given, which can help understanding better the geometric composition of the plane system and developing a new geometric composition analysis method of the plane system
