大型客机襟翼滑轨布置优化设计方法研究

OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF FLAP TRACK LOCATION

  • 摘要: 为了对大型客机襟翼滑轨进行布置,满足刚度连续变形协调的设计要求,该文阐述了襟翼的结构及受力形式,对襟翼进行合理的工程简化,确定了支点形式,依据结构力学基本理论对襟翼刚度进行计算和拟合,基于襟翼受载变形协调,建立优化模型,提出了一种双支点襟翼支点的位置优化方法,该方法对其他悬挂式或支撑式活动舵面的支点位置确定提供了有益的参考.

     

    Abstract: An optimization method is proposed to study the flap track location of the large civil aircraft,in order to meet the design requirements of the stiffness and the deformation. First, with the proper engineering simplification of the flap based on the characteristics of the flap structure and the load, the form of support is determined. Then, according to the basic theory of structural mechanics, the flap stiffness is calculated. Based on the deformation coordination under the load, a optimization model is established. The paper offers a method also for other control surfaces.
