基于激光扫描法布里--珀罗干涉原理的压电常数测试系统

A TESTING SYSTEM FOR PIEZOELECTRIC CONSTANTS BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF LASER SCANNING FABRY-PEROT INTERFEROMETER

  • 摘要: 提出了由扫描法布里--珀罗干涉法测量微小形变的方法, 设计了一种基于激光扫描法布里--珀罗干涉原理的压电常数d_31测试系统. 文中给出了测量原理、测量装置及陶瓷样本的测量结果,并与用IEEE标准测量方法的测量结果进行了对比,测试结果表明两者相差很小.

     

    Abstract: Based on a method of measuring tiny deformation by scanningFabry-Perot interferometer, a testing system for piezoelectric constantsis proposed. In this paper, we discuss the measuring principle, themeasuring apparatus, and experimental results for a typical example. Thepiezoelectric constants obtained by this method are in very good agreement with theexperiment data by the IEEE method.
