拓扑优化在变压器吊耳设计中的应用

APPLICATION OF TOPOLOGICAL OPTIMIZATION TO THE TRUNNION DESIGN FOR TRANSFORMERS

  • 摘要: 将拓扑优化中的ICM(独立、连续、映射)方法引入到变压器吊耳设计中;推导了吊耳孔边缘载荷的分布公式,并依据两种吊耳结构的有限元分析与拓扑优化结果,提出了两种新的结构设计方案. 数值试验结果表明, 改进后的新结构能够满足强度、刚度的要求,同时减轻了重量.

     

    Abstract: The ICM (independent continuous mapping) method as a topology optimization methods is used to design thetrunnions in transformers. The formulae of the distributed load in the holeare derived. According to the FEM analysis and topologicaloptimization results, two new structures of the trunnion are proposed. Thenumerical results show that the new structures can meet the requirements ofstrength and rigidity and the weight of the structures is reduced.
