摘要: 将拓扑优化中的ICM(独立、连续、映射)方法引入到变压器吊耳设计中; 推导了吊耳孔边缘载荷的分布公式,并依据两种吊耳结构的有限元分析与拓扑优化结果,提 出了两种新的结构设计方案. 数值试验结果表明, 改进后的新结构能够满足强度、刚度的要 求,同时减轻了重量.

Abstract: The ICM (independent continuous mapping) method as a topology optimization methods is used to design the trunnions in transformers. The formulae of the distributed load in the hole are derived. According to the FEM analysis and topological optimization results, two new structures of the trunnion are proposed. The numerical results show that the new structures can meet the requirements of strength and rigidity and the weight of the structures is reduced.
