多孔金属材料多功能化设计的若干进展

MULTIFUNCTIONAL DESIGN OF CELLULAR METALS: A REVIEW

  • 摘要: 超轻多孔金属材料因其具有优良的结构效率和广泛的多功能应用前景,近年来已成为国内外众多研究所关注的热点. 本文就学术界关注的多孔金属材料的宏观等效模型建模与材料微结构的多功能优化设计进行了综述.

     

    Abstract: The multifunctional properties of highly porous cellularmetals see attractive industrial and military applications. Recentdevelopments in the theoretical determination of effectivestress-strain relations using the method of homogenization and themultifunctional optimal design of these novel materials are reviewed. Themultifunctions include load bearing, thermal/noise management,blast resistance and structural actuating. Metallic foams with randomcellular topologies and periodic lattice metals are respectively considered.
