弹翼气动载荷模拟加载装置设计及应用研究

DESIGN AND APPLICATION STUDY ON THE SIMULATION LOAD DEVICE FOR AERODYNAMIC LOADS OF MISSILE WINGS

摘要: 介绍了燃气作动筒气动模拟加载装置设计思路和原理,并阐述了利用斜面上升法进 行模拟加载装置设计的计算方法. 实践应用表明气动模拟加载装置方案基本能够真实、等效 的模拟弹翼气动载荷,利用该装置大大地缩短研制周期、节省研制经费,可以进行推广应用.

Abstract: This paper disscusses the design principle of the gas actuator used as the aerodynamic simulation load device, and the calculation of the aerodynamic simulation load by using the inclined plane and ascending method. It is shown that the scheme of the aerodynamic simulation load device is practicable; the aerodynamic loads of missile wings can be simulated in a practical and equivalent way, which may greatly reduce the time and expense for related development.
