小直径柔性钢索预紧张力的测量与计算

MEASUREMENT AND CALCULATION OF THE PRE-TENSION OF A FLEXIBLE THIN CABLE

  • 摘要: 汽车手制动装置中的钢索在装配时必须预紧到一定张力,装配时的张力采用``三点法''原理测量,普遍认为由于钢索的弯曲应力,使测量值与实际值不符. 通过分析钢索张力测量时的实际受力情况,提出非弯曲效应计算模型,与实验数据比较吻合,从理论上解决了钢丝绳张力快速测量的技术问题,并在实际工艺中得到了稳定的结果.

     

    Abstract: In assembling an automobile, the cable of handbrake mustbe pre-tightened appropriately. The tension is usually measured andcontrolled by a technique called ``the tri-point method''. However, theresults obtained do not agree with the actual ones.Generally, people ascribe this discrepancy to bending rigidity of the cable.This paper presents a new calculating model without bending rigidity bymeans of considering the actual force condition of a cable. Calculatedresults agree with the actual ones properly and therefore the technical problem of quicklymeasuring the tension of cables is resolved theoretically.
