天线座驱动系统刚柔耦合动力学分析

RIGID-FLEXIBLE COUPLED DYNAMICAL ANALYSIS OF ANTENNA PEDESTAL DRIVE SYSTEMS

  • 摘要: 为了分析天线座驱动系统的动力学特性,建立了一种新的多级齿轮传动系统动力学模型------刚柔耦合模型,不仅考虑了轴的变形、轴承的支撑作用,而且采用了先进的轮齿接触模型,克服了采用多体动力学方法研究齿轮系统动力学时存在的诸如忽略轴承的支撑作用、轴的变形等缺陷. 动力学分析的计算结果和理论分析结果相一致,较准确地反映了该系统的齿轮动力特性,对工程设计及性能校核具有指导意义.

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of anantenna pedestal drive system, a new dynamic model called a rigid-flexiblecoupled model is proposed. In the new model, the deformation ofspinnings and the supporting of bearings are considered. Gear tooth meshis also taken into account based on an advanced contact model. Thetraditional multi-body transmission system model is improved, where the deformation of spinnings and the supporting of bearings are neglected. The simulationresults reflect the dynamic characteristics of the antenna pedestal drivesystem, consistent with the theoretical analysis. The dynamicmodel and results may provide a guidance to engineering design and capabilitycheckout.
