弹翼气动载荷模拟加载装置设计及应用研究

DESIGN AND APPLICATION STUDY ON THE SIMULATION LOAD DEVICE FOR AERODYNAMIC LOADS OF MISSILE WINGS

  • 摘要: 介绍了燃气作动筒气动模拟加载装置设计思路和原理,并阐述了利用斜面上升法进行模拟加载装置设计的计算方法. 实践应用表明气动模拟加载装置方案基本能够真实、等效的模拟弹翼气动载荷,利用该装置大大地缩短研制周期、节省研制经费,可以进行推广应用.

     

    Abstract: This paper disscusses the design principle of the gas actuator used asthe aerodynamicsimulation load device, andthe calculation of the aerodynamic simulation load by usingthe inclined plane and ascending method. It is shown that thescheme of the aerodynamic simulation load device is practicable; theaerodynamic loads of missile wings can be simulated in a practical andequivalent way, which may greatly reduce the timeand expense for related development.
