条纹沟槽表面水下航行器减阻实验研究

DRAG REDUCTION OF RIBLETS-SURFACE OF UNDERWATER VEHICLE

  • 摘要: 在条纹沟槽表面减阻的研究发展及其优点的基础上对条纹沟槽表面减阻进行水洞实验,研究在航行器外表面加工条纹沟槽所具有的阻力特性. 通过对光体、0.1mmV型条纹沟槽表面和0.2mmV型条纹沟槽表面3种不同模型在零攻角、不同水流速度下进行阻力测量, 测得条纹沟槽表面减阻特性曲线. 从特性曲线中可以看出减阻效果约为8.3%. 实验的结果表明, 条纹沟槽表面能明显降低水下航行器的阻力.

     

    Abstract: The experiment is carried out on thedrag reduction by riblets-surface.In order to study the drag of the underwater vehicle withriblets-surface, we use three models, with the 0.1\,mm riblets-surface,the 0.2\,mm riblets-surface and with velvet surface, respectively.From measarements with the models at various speeds, we can clearly see theeffect of drag reduction. The 8.3 percent drag is reduced by theriblets-surface.
