陶瓷材料三点及四点弯曲断裂强度关系之讨论

ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN 3-POINT AND 4-POINT BENDING TESTS OF CERAMICS

  • 摘要: 利用Katayama在一种Si_3N_4陶瓷得到的实验数据,考察了一条关联陶瓷材料三点及四点弯曲断裂强度的式子. 其准确度较好.简要地导出了一般教材上较少提及其推导的四点弯曲加载因子.

     

    Abstract: This paper verifies an expression, which is rarelymentioned in textbooks, relating the results of 3-point and 4-pointbending tests of ceramic materials on fracture strength with theexperimental data obtained by Katayama. The expression is shown to be ofsatisfactory accuracy. The loadfactor for 4-point bending test, whose derivation is usually notincluded in textbooks, is also derived in this paper.
