皮下组织对羟基磷灰石力学性质的影响

INFLUENCE OF SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF HYDROXYAPATITE

  • 摘要: 将羟基磷灰石试样植入大白鼠的皮下组织20\,d后取出,然后采用数字图像相关方法研究纤维组织对人造羟基磷灰石的力学性质的影响. 测量了两种试样:植入大白鼠皮下组织的羟基磷灰石试样和未经植入的羟基磷灰石试样. 得到了羟基磷灰石完整的应力-应变曲线;还测量了压缩极限应力. 实验结果表明羟基磷灰石的应力-应变曲线在断裂前呈良好的线性关系;皮下纤维组织能使羟基磷灰石材料的弹性模量和强度增加, 20\,d后使羟基磷灰石的弹性模量增加了29.06\%, 压缩极限应力增加了28.71%.

     

    Abstract: The mechanical properties of hydroxyapatites under theinfluence of subcutaneous tissues are tested using digital image correlationtechnique (DIC). Two groups of samples are tested. They are made of hydroxyapatiteand hydroxyapatite implanted in rat subcutaneous for 20days. The stress strain curves, without treatment of the all samples of the two groupsare obtained. Both the Young's moduli and Poisson ratios are measured byDIC, and ultimate compressive stresses are also measured. The test results showthat all samples of the two group give a linear stress strain relationship.The results also show that subcutaneous tissues increase Young's moduluiand compressive strength of hydroxyaptite by 29.06\% and 28.71\%,respectively.
