采用模糊PID的液压半主动悬架的仿真研究

SIMULATION OF AUTOMOBILE HYDRAULIC SEMI-ACTIVE SUSPENSION WITH FUZZY PID CONTROL ON SIMULINK

  • 摘要: 在仿真研究1/4车体二自由度液压半主动悬架的基础上,设计了一种用于1/2车体的液压半主动悬架的参数自整定模糊PID控制器,并利用模糊控制规则对PID参数进行在线修改. 以正弦信号路面、脉冲信号路面和C级路面3种典型路面作为输入信号,应用MATLAB/Simulink控制系统仿真软件对该半主动悬架模型进行的计算机仿真表明,具有模糊PID控制器的半主动悬架在提高车辆乘坐的舒适性方面要明显优于一般的模糊控制悬架,具有更好的自适应能力.

     

    Abstract: Based on the study on semi-active hydraulic suspension model of two-degrees of freedom with fuzzy controller, representing a quarter of a vehicle,a parameters-self-tuning fuzzy PID controller is designed for a half-carmodel of semi-active hydraulic suspensionwith four-degrees-of-freedom. PID parameters can be adjusted on-line according to the fuzzy control rules. Theresults of simulation by using MATLAB/Simulink show that, excited by sinusoidroad input, pulse road input and analogous Grade C road input, the ridecomfort of hydraulic semi-active suspension with fuzzy PID controller isbetter than that of passive suspension and hydraulic semi-active suspensionwith fuzzy controller. Parameters-self- tuning fuzzy PID controllerenjoys better self-adaptation.
