CE/SE方法在内弹道瞬态两相流中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF CS/SE METHOD IN SOLVING TRANSIENT TWO-PHASE FLOWS IN INTERIOR BALLISTICS

  • 摘要: 根据CE/SE方法思想,构造在变换坐标系下内弹道两相流动数值计算的格式. 采用此格式研究了膛内瞬态二维两相流动点火过程. 数值计算结果反映实际规律并和试验结果符合. 结果表明,对中心点火方式,在点传火过程初期,膛内压力在径向和轴向上存在较大的压力梯度,当火药全部着火后,药室内压力在径向上逐渐趋于一致. 这表明CE/SE方法能够完全模拟瞬态二维两相流动的情况.

     

    Abstract: A numerical scheme for solving transient two-phase flows in interior ballistics is induced accordingto the theory of space-time conservation element and solution element(CE/SE) method under the transformed coordinates. The ignition process oftwo-dimensional two-phase flows is studied by the CE/SE method. Compared with theexperimental data, the numerical results simulate the actual process. At the initial phase of ignition, a steep pressure gradientexists along the radial and axial directions in barrel chamber. When all thepropellants are ignited, the pressure gradient in the radial directionvanishes. It shows that the two-dimensional CE/SE method is effective forsolving transient two-phase flows in guns.
