FROM NEWTONIAN MECHANICS TO SPECIAL RELATIVITY

  • 摘要: 本文概要地介绍了爱因斯坦狭义相对论的产生的历史背景及其运动学的内容和结论,特别强调了修改牛顿绝对同时性定义是狭义相对论得以产生的关键. 此外,简要介绍了相对论动力学及其成就,这些成就也是对狭义相对论的检验. 最后,阐述了狭义相对论的未来发展方向.

     

    Abstract: In this paper the historical background of the development of specialrelativity and the relativistic kinematics and its results are brieflysummarized. In particular, it is emphasized that the modifying of Newtonianabsolute simultaneity is the key point for constructing special relativity.Furthermore, the relativistic dynamics and its achievements are introduced,which are also tests of special relativity. Finally, direction aboutdeveloping special relativity in the future is expounded.
