摘要: 本文概述了上海市苏州河环境综合整治中与水环境相关的情况,以苏州河 的历史、现状及水环境整治方略为背景,简要介绍了苏州河污染源情况,苏州河水动力特点 并分析苏州河水质严重污染的原因. 在此基础上着重描述苏州河环境整治中的环境流体力学 问题:苏州河污染物迁移扩散数学模型及其主要参数的特征;苏州河水动力学特征及其对水 质的影响;苏州河水动力的控制及其对改善水质的作用;苏州河及其河网水环境容量总量控 制的优化方法.

Abstract: Based on the history and the present state of Shanghai Suzhou Creek, the pollution sources and hydraulic performance were discussed and the sources of its serious water quality pollution were analyzed. Then, some problems were addressed on environmental fluid mechanics with respect to Suzhou Creek rehabilitation, such as mathematical models for pollutant transfer and their main parameters, unsteady tide flow features of Suzhou Creek, optimization method of water environment capacity for Suzhou Creek and its river-net system. Finally, the common features of the rivers located at estuary, such as river slope flat, tidal flow effect, river network structure and intense pollution sources were analyzed.
