摘要: 通过有限元软件MSC/NASTRAN,对金属杆锚固系统在瞬态激励下的动态响应进行数值模拟, 并结合试验结果进行验证,得出瞬态敲击法只能找到锚固段上界面的固端反射,而无法识别 出底端反射这一结论,最后提出解决此问题的导波方法,从而为最终解决金属杆锚固系统的 无损检测问题提供一种有效途径.

Abstract: In this paper, dynamic response of metal bar bonding system under transient excitation is numerically simulated with MSC/NASTRAN program. The results are compared with the experimental ones, and it is concluded that only the upper interface reflection point of anchoring segment can be obtained by using transient-hitting approach, leaving the bottom reflection point undetermined. To solve this problem, a guided wave method is proposed, which provides an efficient non-destructive method for the metal bar bonding system.
