A FLUID MECHANICS PROBLEM IN BOILER COMBUSTION

  • 摘要: 锅炉正压燃烧是锅炉燃烧时容易发生的一个严重问题,威胁锅炉的安全运行. 其形成原因是多方面的. 介绍一个风道壁面振动,造成非定常流动流体,从而使前向、后向台阶流动分离涡脱落,造成的正压燃烧实例. 采取加强固壁,消除台阶等措施进行改造,取得了很好的效果.

     

    Abstract: Boiler pressurized combustion is a serious problem,which affects theworking safety of the boiler. There are many factors in the problem. A caseof pressurized combustion is presented, which is caused by the unsteadyshedding flow of separated vortex in the forward and backward facing stepflow. Vibration of the wall caused by flow-solid coupling is anotherimportant factor causing pressurized combustion. A better result isachieved and electric power is saved with the wall being reinforced and theback facing step eliminated.
