打捆机驱动轮系统接触三维有限元分析

3D CONTACT FEM ANALYSIS ON THE DRIVING WHEEL SYSTEM OF BUNDLING MACHINE

  • 摘要: 应用ANSYS软件对打捆机驱动轮系统进行了三维接触非线性有限元分析,得出了接触应力的分布规律,并将其最大接触应力与应用简化方法进行了比较,两者相吻合的结果表明,有限元分析结果可为系统的进一步精确分析提供依据.

     

    Abstract: The driving system is an essential part of themodern bundling machine. 3D contact nonlinear finite element analysis onthe driving wheel system of the bundling machine is made by using thefinite element analysis software ANSYS. The contact stress distributionis obtained. It is found that the maximal contact stresses are in agreementwith the simplified calculation using the conventional method.
