刚体定点运动理论在机械无级变速系统的应用

A NEW TYPE OF MECHANICAL STEPLESS SPEED REGULATING SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种综合利用刚体定点运动陀螺效应和行星轮系运动学特点构造的新型机械无级变速系统, 对其工作原理进行了初步的研究,初步廓清了该无级变速系统的 参数与性能之间的关系. 认为,该新型机械系统具有结构简单、恒功率、高效率、自适应、无级变速等性质,在汽车、船舶、机床等领域具有广阔的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: This article introduces a kind of new mechanicalstepless speed regulating system, which uses the ggroscopic effect of a rigid body with a fixed point and planetary wheel system's kinematics characters. Theauthor has made a study on the system's work principleand the system's parameter andperformance. The new system has a very good performancesuch as simple structure, constant power, high efficiency,self-adapting, and infinitely variable speeds, etc. The systemcan be used in the fields of automobile, shipping, and machine tool,etc; it will have a wide application prospect.
