FOUNDAMENTAL PROBLEMS IN THE MODERN SOIL MECHANICS

摘要: 现代土力学可望在今后30年内建成基本框架,其主要内容将包括新一代的本构模型及一个变形理论和两个破坏理论.本文介绍了作者对这些问题的今后研究重点及发展方向的一些看法.

Abstract: The framework of modern soil mechanics is expected to be formed within the coming 30 years. The modern soil mechanics will be mainly composed of a new kind of constitutive model, a deformation theory (Consolidation theory of unsaturated soils)and two failure theories (Theory of liquefaction failure and theory of progressive failure), from the view point of the author. In this paper some recent developments and the key topics of its further research are discussed.
