杆式旋转展开机构动态特性研究

STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF A ROD-SHAPED ROTATIONAL EXPANSION MECHANISM

  • 摘要: 为了研究杆式旋转展开机构在展开过程中的动力学特性, 建立考虑中心杆柔性的多体系统动力学模型, 并进行了理想工况下的数值仿真计算, 计算结果表明运动结果与试验较为吻合; 最后进行了考虑工作方位、动力偏转、质量平衡等因素的非理想工况下的数值仿真, 通过分析研究, 工作方位及质量平衡对系统稳定工作的影响更显著, 小角度范围内的动力偏转的影响可以不计.

     

    Abstract: A dynamics model of a rod-shaped rotationalexpansion mechanism with consideration of the flexibility of the centerrod is developed forstudying the dynamic property in the expanding process. A numericalsimulation is carried out under an ideal operating condition. The kinematicparameter in the computed results agree well with the test result. Finally asimulation is carried out with considerations of operationdirection, dynamic deflection and mass unbalance. It is shown that the influence of operation direction and mass unbalanceis much more important, and that of the dynamic deflection could beignored in the small angle area.
