有牵引绳的缆绳式桅杆起重机起升绳适度斜拉的探析

HOW TO PULL THE HOIST ROPE OF GUY TYPE DERRICK CRANE MODERATELY AND IN AN INCLINED ANGLE WITH A DRAG ROPE

  • 摘要: 简要介绍利用牵引绳与起升绳配合作业、增加工作幅度的有牵引绳的缆绳式桅杆起重机的结构和工作原理,对其主要构件进行受力分析,建立主要构件受力情况的计算公式. 通过计算比较,验证在设计许可范围内, 起升绳斜拉作业是可行、安全的. 提出该类起重机适宜的有关参数和设计时应注意的事项.

     

    Abstract: This paper briefly describes the structure and principleof the cable type derrick crane with a drag rope operating with the hoist ropefor increasing the working range, The loads on its maincomponents are analyzed and the formulas are obtained for determining their loads. Thecalculation and comparison indicates that pulling the hoist rope in aninclined angle within the permitted limits in operation is feasible and safe.The appropriate parameters for this kind of cranes are suggested fordesign.
